Commissioned by Medecins sans Frontiers (MSF) I was responsible for the video edits of a serie of video-blogs telling the personal stories of Dutch female doctors working at the frontline of world's most marginalized and by conflict affected areas in the world. Joram, Maartje, Kushi and Lougendry show you around the school and ask questions about the different classes.

A clear and fun manual, introducing the basic tricks of 'After Effects' in 55 pages. This guideline is especially developed and customized for filmmakers who would like to use basic animations in their edits, but don't have time to learn all 'ins-and-outs' of the After Effects software. The guideline is divided in 3 main chapters; Basic Animation 1&2 and Basic 3D Animation, and 15 sub-chapters, and written in clear language - especially for non-native English speakers, illustrated with plain screenshots. Each sub chapter concludes with a fun exercise which encourages the student to repeat lessons learned and make use of own creativity.

In September 2013 I was asked to provide a 3 day workshop Video Production for Burmese migrant children in Mae Sot, Thailand. The workshop was organised in collaboration with Rays of Youth / Friends without Borders.
